What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Houston showroom with a client-first, detail-driven mindset
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and grow regional performance
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing, service-oriented showroom team
  • Ensure showroom visual merchandising reflects the aesthetic and standards of the luxury design world
  • Cultivate strong relationships with trade clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Plan and host private showroom events, new product launches, and tailored designer appointments
  • Analyze and report on sales metrics, client engagement, and performance using CRM systems
  • Maintain budget oversight and ensure operational efficiency

Who You Are:

  • A polished professional with 5+ years of experience in showroom, luxury retail, or trade sales leadership
  • Well-versed in the home, furnishings, or design world and fluent in the needs of trade clientele
  • A confident leader who can mentor, motivate, and manage a small team with poise and purpose
  • A creative yet analytical thinker who can merge aesthetics with business goals
  • Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and comfortable using sales tools to drive growth
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Bachelor’s degree required
