Title : Executive Assistant (3+ month contract)

Location: Remote, EST or CST preferred

Pay: $40–$50/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and Board of Directors. This is a 3+ month temporary role dependent on organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a polished, professional presence and thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar coordination for the CEO
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Handle expense reporting and administrative logistics
  • Prepare and distribute weekly internal company-wide communications
  • Lead coordination of multiple major events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, executives, and internal teams
  • Oversee logistics for high-level meetings, board events, and offsite gatherings
  • Act as a visible and trusted resource across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in nonprofit/philanthropic environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with C-suite and board members
  • Proven success managing calendars, scheduling, and executive-level logistics
  • Ability and willingness to travel for key events
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
  • Tech-savvy and organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to start ASAP with no upcoming vacation plans
