DBOX is an international creative communications agency that develops innovative, strategic marketing campaigns in the sectors of luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and cultural property.

We are looking for talent with all levels of experience in New York.

Because we are a full service creative agency, you will collaborate with other designers from various disciplines within the studio (graphic designers, photographers, brand strategists, CGI artists, web developers) and learn how the life cycle of a full marketing campaign works.

POSITION

DBOX is seeking a full-time, motivated Senior Graphic Designer with the ambition to grow with us. The ultimate goal for any candidate will be to lead their own projects after establishing the respect and trust of DBOX partners and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic energy with the desire to learn, develop, and advance his/her skills in design and team-working. Other areas of expertise will include:

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years design studio experience (in-house or agency)
  • Work closely with a Partner project lead on conceptualizing, developing, and refining dynamic creative solutions and content
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, internally and externally
  • Strong abilities in conceptual design
  • Refined attention to detail
  • Demonstrable skills in working in a team environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Expertise in digital interface/prototyping tools, especially Figma.
  • A very strong work ethic and the ability to be proactive and take ownership is essential
  • Photoshop retouching skills preferred
  • After Effects, Premiere or Davinci skills experience a plus
  • Elevated taste level and in-depth knowledge of design (luxury real estate, architecture, art, video, digital, photography, environmental design a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide design support to the creative team of which you are apart
  • Conduct creative research on projects under an Art Director’s or Creative Director’s direction
  • Create graphic collateral for print, advertising and digital deliverables under an Art Director’s or Creative Director’s direction
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital design and using current best practices
  • Takes ownership for the completion and quality of project deliverables
