Job Profile Summary This role is responsible for implementing, and supporting complex identity and access control solutions within our Entra ID and AD environments. This position requires an understanding of identity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks to ensure the security and protection of our organization's critical assets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of supporting and implementing IAM solutions in large-scale, complex environments. They will have a strong grasp of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies. Essential Job Functions: + Implementation, and maintenance of identity governance processes, including access reviews, certification, and entitlement management. + Architecting and implementing advanced IAM solutions leveraging Azure AD, Entra ID, and third-party identity providers. + Performing risk assessments and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate identity-related threats. + Collaborating with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IAM initiatives. + Staying current with industry trends and emerging IAM technologies. + Other activities as may be assigned by your manager. Qualifications/ Requirements: + 2-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience to complete assigned duties. + Experienced professional with 3-4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience. + 2-3 years' experience using Entra ID/Azure AD/Active Directory/Okta and the IAM controls behind each. + Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IAM solutions in large-scale environments. + Deep expertise in Azure AD, Entra ID, and related IAM technologies. + Strong understanding of identity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, GDPR, CCPA). + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve IAM challenges. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Leadership abilities to mentor and guide the IAM team. + Project management skills to lead IAM initiatives and deliver results on time and within budget. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Flexibility to work shifts outside of normal working hours. + Requires the ability to be on call and support a 24/7/365 operations \#LI-AS1 #LI-Remote Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. The annual full time base salary range for this role is $30.00 - $40.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
